I want to do home improvement repairs and general maintenance as a business…Do i need a contractors liscense
I want to do things like painting, repairs etc…not major remodels!
Not only would you need a contractors license to begin a business, but you need to get a business license also. One wont work with out the other. General businesses are required to obtain a business license or else they will face late penalties and everything else. And then if you are doing home improvements, then a contractors license would be a requirement to get your business license. Kinda confusing huh? Check out this website.
